Information we collect
We collect the business and project details you enter, your email if you choose to provide it, consent records, and basic product interaction events. ABN and website are optional. The scan does not request financial statements, government account credentials, tax file numbers or banking passwords.
Why we collect it
We use the information to generate and improve personalised funding matches, explain possible eligibility, deliver a requested snapshot, monitor relevant opportunities if you opt in, and measure questionnaire completion and product interest.
Analytics
We use our hosted application database and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate use of the Business Funding Scan, including scan starts and completions, snapshot views, email submissions and purchase or subscription conversions. We do not send your email address, ABN, project description, internal profile identifier or Stripe session identifier to Google Analytics. Google may process device, browser, cookie and interaction information under its own privacy terms. Storage and access
Business profiles are not published. Profile, lead, consent and product interaction records are saved to the site's hosted application database. A local browser copy is also retained so you can continue the scan on the same device. Access is limited to operating and improving Au Grant Monitor and responding to your requests.
Sharing and professional boundaries
We do not present your information as legal, tax or financial advice. If a separate paid service requires a registered professional or provider, their role and any information sharing must be explained before it occurs.
Retention, correction and deletion
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing sam.wan@hodgelawe.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant submission, but do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.

Au Grant Monitor is operated by HODGE & LAWE PARK RIDGE PTY LTD (ABN 92 629 968 056). It is an independent private service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by an Australian government agency.
